Take a "power pose" to
Pull you go back in a quiet room or in the toilets and take
two minutes a different attitude. If you take the attitude of a powerhouse,
your body thinks you really are, and thus perform better.
Put your legs wide; stretch your arms out, take a deep
breath. Take into space; you just blow up like an angry gorilla. Your body is
who you are, and by a power pose you more confident and energetic.
Laugh
Who laughs, produces endorphins, hormones that give a
pleasant feeling. Endorphins can even work as a painkiller and to bond with
